The Blood Bride
(An alternate story)
By
Malice The Executioner
Just have to say this little part, Payback’s a bitch and so am I.
The Chicago night sky shone out its many stars down on the sleeping city, unaware that the children of the night were busy
hunting their human prey. The sharp cries of victims flew in the cold air as two slayers followed the sound of the dammed."It’s just around this corner." A female said to her male partner.
"It’s like those blood-sucking ass-fuckers to hide in an alley." The other replied.
She turned and smiled at his face, the metal face that partially hid his face, his white fur was dirty and covered with blood, not from him. He gently stroked her dark red hair as the two passionately kissed.
"Ready Charley-babe?" He asked her.
"As I’ll ever be Vinnie." She answered with a smile.
The two turned into the alley and drew up their weapons. Primitive by Human standers, the bows were affective on the undead. A creature of the night was busily draining the blood of a female victim, unaware that his doom was to be sealed.
"Say your prayers vampire!" The white mouse shouted as his human love fired her arrow at the beast. The vampire stood up and screamed as the oak arrow flew into his heart. With a puff of smoke, the vampire disintegrated to dust as the human knelt beside the victim.
"She lost a lot of blood Vinnie, she’s not going to make it." She said with sadness in her voice.
The Martian pulled out a long silver bade from the scabbier that was attached on his back.
"Turn your head sweetheart, I know you hate this part."
The human turned away and clapped her hands over her ears, but it did little to muffle the sound of metal slicing through muscle and bone. A single tear dropped from the side of her eye. The loss of life, the unending battle, the countless monsters that hunt in the night. How much more can a woman bear? The Martian knelt beside his love and placed his hand lovingly on her shoulder. She looked up at him.
"Do you think he’s watching us?" She asked.
He nodded, "He likes to watch us suffer. He’s not our friend anymore Charley, you have to remember that. He’s one of them now."
Tears fled from her jade green eyes, "I hope Stoker can find a way to save him."
He wrapped his arms around her, "Stoker’s a smart man, if he thinks there’s a way, he’ll find it."
"I hope so."
The two slayers stood up and ran back into the dark shadows, a dark figure stood at the ledge of a near-by rooftop and smiled at them. He inhaled the fumes from a lit cigarette and blew the smoke out into the night. He brushed his tan wild hair with his hand and looked behind him, correcting his black shades as he stared at his bike. The black steed beeped at him, he smiled and mounted.
"Nothing to worry about Lady, there’s nothing those walking buffets can do about it."
The bike revved its engine, "Let’s get back to the penthouse. I’m sure the boss would be interested to here my old mentor thinks he can change an immortal to a mortal." The dark mouse laughed.
"Hey, sleeping beauty! You’ll be late for work!"
Chassie opened one blue eye and gazed around the room. The Martian sun was up, should she be?
"Leave me alone, Hershey." She replied as a massive headache filled her head.
The brown mouse hopped on her roommate’s bed and laughed, "Carbine got you that drunk? You should never challenge her to a drinking contest, girl."
Chassie placed her hands on her head and starred at her friend, "I didn’t challenge her, Rimfire did. I just joined in."
"You should know better than to drink more than you can handle. Besides, Rave was looking at you all night."
Chassie finally dragged herself you of bed and stretched, "I’m not interested in him. He’s too much of a slut."
Hershey smiled, "But Chassie, are you ever going to find a man and loose that virginity you’ve been holding on for so long? You must have fruit flies buzzing around down there!"
Chassie gave her a sarcastic look, "Fruit flies, how original. And for your information, Hershey, I’m waiting until my wedding night. You know, I almost lost it once."
"But Throttle was too much in love with you to do that to you. How romantically sickening!" Hershey laughed and fell on the bed, "You are so old fashion! I know you’re father’s tough but I never thought you were."
"My father raised values in Vince and me."
Hershey laughed louder, "There’s a character! Your brother was such a slut! Bigger than Rave could ever dream to be!"
"It’s not nice to speak of the dead like that." Chassie said as she threw a cold and wet towel on her friend.
The two stood up as someone knocked on the door.
"Who could that be?" Chassie asked as she answered.
As she opened the door, she saw the cause of her morning pain.
"How’s the hangover, Chassie?" Carbine asked with a smile.
"I’m taking it." She answered as the commander to the Martian military entered their small dorm room.
"Stoker sent me a message for you." Carbine said as she sat on the bed beside Hershey.
"Where is the old fart?" Hershey asked.
"Earth."
"Earth?"
"What the hell is he doing on earth?" Asked Chassie.
"Stoker has a big problem on earth. He asked me to send you and Hershey down there as soon as possible." Carbine explained.
Chassie and Hershey starred at each other.
"Stoker wants us to go to earth?" Hershey asked.
"Did I just say that? I thought I did. Stoker needs two Martian doctors sent there ASAP. I thought of you two." Carbine said with a smile.
Chassie looked at her, "You couldn’t wait until noon to tell us?"
Carbine laughed, "I wanted to see you with your first hangover. You look good."
Hershey laughed, "You should have see what you looked like when Carbine brought you home last night. You couldn’t even walk!"
Chassie smirked, "Let’s see how you look after closing a bar. Alright Carbine, when does he want us there?"
"Get your stuff packed friend, ‘cause there’s a ship ready to leave right now."
Chassie slammed her hand on her head, which made her ache more painful, "Why can’t anyone take their time anymore?"
Stoker stood beside the Mayor of the city in the middle of Quigly Field. He turned to the mouse as the sun shone down on them.
"Do you mice know anything about vampires?" He asked.
"We have the best Physicians Mars has to offer. They’re good." Stoker replied as the Martian ship made its way towards them.
"You mice amaze me." Said the Mayor.
"You’ve seen nothing yet!" Stoker said as he approached the ship after it landed.
The cargo door opened and Carbine cam out and saluted Stoker, "We got that shipment Stoker!"
"It’s about time! Where are they?"
The sound of a bike roared inside as the massive Martian machine drove out onto the field with its driver and passenger on it. The bike drove around with much speed as the driver worked out its traveling kinks. The bike raced in front of the three and skidded to a stop towards them. The passenger hopped off as the driver shut the engine off. She raised her visor of her helmet and smiled at the old mouse.
"Stoker, it’s been a while." She said as she hopped off her bike and pulled the helmet off.
"Dr. Chassie Van Wham, this is Mayor Vic Power of Chicago." Stoker said as the mayor extended his hand to her and shook it.
"If there’s anything you need Doctor Van Wham, don’t hesitate to ask. My hospitals and labs are there for your use." Said the Mayor.
"Um, thanks, this is Doctor Hershey Kiss. We have worked together on everything. She’s the second best in my field." Chassie said with a giggle.
"Second best? In your field?" Hershey began, "I’m twice the doctor you will ever be!"
"Who finished first in her class? Who was the youngest doctor to become chief of staff?" Chassie said with a smile.
"You bribed them!"
"Um, do they always fight?" The Mayor asked Carbine.
"They’ve been friends for a long time Mr. Mayor. But they work great together." Carbine answered.
"If you ladies wouldn’t mind, we have a lot of stuff to cover in a short time. We have to get to the garage before nightfall." Stoker shouted.
The two looked at him, "Hun?"
"Carbine, return to Mars right away. As for you two, get on the bike and follow me in the black Hummer.
Hershey grabbed the two packsacks and smiled at her friend, "I’m going to ride in that!" She said as she pointed to the truck.
Chassie hopped on her bike and smiled, "There are places that only a bike can go."
Hershey hopped in the back and threw the bags behind her.
"HEY!" Chassie shouted as she drove her bike beside the truck, "Be careful! I got some breakable stuff in there butt head!"
"Sorry."
Chassie placed her black helmet on and smiled at the truck, it was a nice piece of machinery.
"Hey Van Wham," Stoker called out from behind the steering wheel, "don’t go faster than you have to. Just follow behind."
Chassie gave him a ‘thumb’s up’ and revved her engine. The Hummer drove out of the stadium with the black bike following behind.
The doors of the garage opened and the Hummer and bike drove in with the doors closing fast behind them. Chassie gazed around the shop in amazement. There were strings of garlic and crosses hung over every window and door. There was an arsenal of bows, arrows, guns, laser riffles, and other firearms that she couldn’t make out.
"Are the humans at war?" Chassie asked as she took off her helmet.
"With the undead." A familiar voice answered from the stairs.
Chassie looked up and starred at the mouse. His hair had been allowed to grow long and his muscle mass was much larger than when she last saw him. He was dressed in a dark red shirt, with torn blue jeans and his biker boots. But to her, he was the same mouse she had grown up with.
"VINCE!" Chassie cried out as she jumped off her bike and ran up to him.
She hugged her brother as she sobbed in his arms.
"Hey, little sis. I was wondering when you’d find out I was alive." He said to her.
"But, the Plutarkians had you! I thought you were killed!"
"Hey, you know better than anyone that there’s nothing that can hurt this mamajama!"
"That’s an understatement." Charley said as she stood by his side.
"Chassie, this is my girl, Charley. Charley, this is my little sister. The second baddest mamajama in the galaxy."
"Welcome to earth Chassie." Charley said as she shook her hand.
Chassie wiped the tears from her eyes, "I’m glade to meat you Charley. This is my partner Hershey."
Hershey waved as she got out of the truck. Stoker slammed the door shut and walked towards them.
"I dropped the Mayor off at his house. We have too much work to do for tonight." He said.
"What’s going on?" Chassie asked her brother.
"Vampires." He replied.
"OH NO! NOT VAMPIRES! What are vampires?" Hershey asked.
"Vampires are undead creatures that drink blood from living people to live. They can make more vampires just like them by biting their victims. The only thing that can kill them is a stake through the heart or sunlight." Explained Stoker.
"This is confusing." Said Hershey.
"But why do you need us?" Asked Chassie.
Just then, the doors opened and allowed a purple bike to drive in. There was massive damage to it and it was loaded with crossbows all over the front. The tall owner got off and starred at the two newcomers.
"Chassie?" He asked.
"Modo?" Chassie called out as she hopped off the stairs and into his arms.
The two hugged and the gentle giant let go of his small friend.
"Ah didn’t know yer were coming." He said.
"Stoker wanted me and Hershey to come here, but he never told us why." She replied.
"That’s what I was trying to tell you before you jumped." Said Stoker, but he was interrupted again.
"If the two of you are here, where’s Throttle?" Chassie asked Modo.
Modo lowered his eyes to the ground, she turned to the others. They all had sadness in their eyes as she asked them about their friend.
"Where’s Throttle?" She asked again.
"Chassie, there’s something we should tell you…" Vinnie began.
Chassie had fear in her heart, "No…no…don’t tell me he’s dead."
"Undead." Said Stoker.
"What?" Asked Hershey.
"He’s a vampire." Stoker repeated.
Chassie gazed at him, "How did he…"
"It was a few years ago," Stoker started, "and the boys with Charley began their fight with the Vampires. There was one night when the master vampire came. We were winning the war when he attacked us. He sent his boys after Charley, but Throttle got in his way, so he took him instead. We tried everything we could to find their hideout, but we ended up empty handed each time. A week after Throttle was taken, he showed back up—as a vampire. We tried to fight him, but an undead Martian is a lot stronger than an undead human is. We didn’t have the heart to hurt him, or even kill him. He works for that son-of-a-bitch master of his, calls him the father. They’re working on something big, I know that for sure. We’ve been finding women with bite marks on their necks and their stomachs slashed open for the past two years. That’s why I sent for you two. I want you to autopsy the two women we’ve been keeping under ice at one of the labs here in town. I want to find out what the hell is going on! It’s not like them to slash a victim."
Chassie felt her brother wrap his arms around her to help comfort her. Her heart was breaking once more. She believed her Brother, lover, and best friend had died from the hands of the Plutarkians. To find out later that they had lived, but one so dear to her heart had been taken again—by a band of supernatural creatures.
"Are you up to this sis?" Vinnie asked.
"And I also want you to find a way to turn Throttle back to his old self, if you can." Stoker added.
Chassie looked at her colleague, "I think we can manage."
Hershey howled, "Let’s get this show on the road!"
"All right Stoker, we’ll give it a try. But we’ll need some stuff." Said Chassie.
"Name it."
"We’ll need books from every source you can find on the topic of Vampires, and I mean everything! Second, we’ll need a live vampire to experiment with."
"A live vampire? Sis, you’re nuts!" Vinnie concluded.
"We need a live specimen to find out if a cure works." Said Hershey.
"So we need a live blood-sucker?" Asked Modo.
"Do you need one tonight?" Charley asked.
"The sooner the better." Replied Hershey.
Chassie grabbed her bag and smiled at her friend, "I’d say we get to the lab and do some work on the stiffs."
Hershey joined her, "Sounds like a plan, Stan."
"I’ll take you two to the labs, Vinnie, take Charley and Modo out and get the girls their specimen." Said Stoker.
"You better be careful Vince." Chassie said as she kissed her brother on the cheek.
"I’m always careful Sweetheart! Just worry about Throttle." He answered.
"Already doing it." She replied.
Daemon gazed down at his desk where old parchment and books were cluttered about. His long shinny black hair was loose around him as was his neat go-tee on his chin. His black cloak was wrapped around him like a serpent around its prey. The poorly lit room hid the sun from his cold skin. He has been on this little planet for many centuries, he had hoped to bring forth the power his parents, and their parents before them, had wield before the time of the massacre. Pure bloods had ruled this world, until the crusades eliminated them one by one, leaving Daemon as their only survivor—until now. A smile crept up on his blood red lips as his chosen came into the room. The Martian lit a cigarette as he walked towards his ‘father’. His long black trench coat swayed back as ashes fell on his black turtleneck. A black belt dressed his black leather pants as the undead walked.
"Those things will kill you my son." Daemon said with a smile.
"Can’t, I’m already dead." Throttle replied.
"True. Now tell me, how is our…guest?"
"She’s going to turn just like the others. There’s something missing in the equation. I just can’t put my finger on it."
"You had better, I need pure bloods to rule this earth by my side. Did you find out why a Martian ship landed here today?"
"Not yet, I’ll find out tonight, father."
"Good, those stupid friends of yours have no clue to what will be unleashed upon this wold after a pure blood is born."
Hershey looked in the microscope and sneered at it, "What are we trying to find, girl?"
Chassie examined the second body, "I’m not sure, hell, I don’t even know."
"Just like when we were back in school."
Chassie starred at the large wound on the human’s stomach, "Hershey, come and check this out."
Hershey moved from the microscope and stood beside her, "What?"
"Look, her uterus is split wide open. And look at the green goo that’s in there."
Hershey took a glass side and held it as Chassie took a long swab and collected a sample. She swiped the substance onto the slide, "Take a look."
Hershey took out the old slide and replaced it with the new one. When she looked into the eye of the microscope, her face went pale.
"Chassie, you should look at this."
She moved out of the way and let her friend have a glance, it startled her.
"That’s Martian semen! What the hell is Martian semen doing in a human uterus?" Chassie questioned.
"It looks old Chassie, what could they be up to?" Asked Hershey.
"Besides being sick perverts? I don’t know." Said Chassie as she took another look, "There’s something up, just like Stoker said. I wish those books that Charley brought us could help."
Hershey glanced at the clock, "It’s past twelve Chassie. I’m beat. I think we should continue this in the morning. Let’s leave the cleanup to our slaves here."
Chassie gave her a glance, "The nurses an doctors that work here are here to help us, not be our slaves, but you do have the right idea. I’m hungry, I haven’t eaten since we left Mars. That was…" She looked at her watch, " Oh the hell with it, I’m hungry. Let’s get a bite to eat."
"Now that’s a plan!" Hershey said as she washed her hands.
"Leave some soap for me." Chassie said as she too cleansed her hands.
The two grabbed their jackets and made their way to the underground parking, talking and laughing as they walked out of the elevator. As they turned a corner, Chassie’s ears heard the sound of footsteps walking close.
"Hersh, did you hear that?" She asked her friend.
Hershey listened, the sound was getting closer, "I don’t like this."
Chassie placed her two fingers in her mouth and whistled loudly, the revving of a high powered engine and the squeaking sound of burning tires where heard down the far end of the parking lot.
"I love your bike." Hershey said as the black steel monster drove to them and stopped before its mistress.
"Let’s get out of here." Chassie said as she threw Hershey her helmet and slid hers on her head. The two pounced on the bike, the footsteps were getting faster and closer.
"Black, to the garage—step on it, boy!" Chassie shouted as the bike turned and drove away.
Chassie
Chassie turned and looked behind Hershey, but nothing was there.
Chassie
She looked around, but again, saw nothing.
"What are you looking for?" Asked Hershey.
"I thought I heard someone calling me." She replied.
"Are you nuts? Who knows you here besides our brethren back at Charley’s shop?"
Chassie took another look as they drove out of the garage and into the night, the bike turned and sped up as a little fear crept into Chassie’s heart.
I know I heard something! She thought, Something was in there, I’m sure of it.
Throttle walked out and starred at the bike as it drove out of sight, he smiled at the sight.
"The missing part of the puzzle." He said.
The bike entered the garage wit little trouble. The remote door opener worked great on her bike. The two hopped off and starred at each other.
"What was that? A Stalker?" Hershey asked.
"I don’t know, but I got the creeps when I heard that voice." Said Chassie.
Hershey looked around the room, the Hummer and the two bikes where gone.
"They’re not back yet." She said.
Chassie ran up to the apartment upstairs, "Charley must have some food in this house!"
"That’s my buddy!" Hershey yelled as she chased her friend.
Chassie opened the fridge door and smiled, "Pizza? Cool!"
Hershey slumped on a seat at the kitchen table, "Pizza? Right on."
Chassie smiled at her friend, "You look tired. Maybe you should take a nap after you eat."
"Right after I feed my face."
Chassie popped the pizza in the oven and turned it one, "It’s funny, why would a vampire mate with a living creature? I thought that their body functions don’t function after they’re turned. It’s like they’re trying to breed or something. Hershey?"
She looked and saw that her friend was sleeping deeply with her head on the table. "Ok, pizza for me." She said as she made her way to check on her bike.
Her bike was out as she pulled a blanket on it. They had been together since she was born, her father’s bike, his pride and joy…given to his pride and joy. She smiled as she checked the tires.
"Always be true to your bike sweetheart! Take good care of your bike and it’ll take good care of you." He father had said to her when he gave her Black.
"Yeah, I’ll always be true to you Black—you can count on it!"
The bike beeped at her, she smiled, "What you need is a good wash and a…"
Chassie…
Chassie stood up and looked around, the voice was back.
Chassie…
"Who’s there?" She shouted.
She looked around the room and saw the plasma canon. She grabbed it, turned it on and looked around.
"Show yourself or I’ll blow you away!" She yelled as she ran upstairs.
When she reached her friend, she tried to wake her, but Hershey just slept.
"Hershey, wake up!"
But Hershey did not move. Chassie felt for a pulse on her friend’s neck. Her heart was beating away normally.
"What the hell is going on?" She asked as she ran back down.
Chassie…don’t you remember me…my love?
Chassie moved towards her bike, "I know that voice…but…Stoker said he was dead."
Chassie…come to me my love.
She opened the lights in the garage, but there was no one there.
"Hershey’s right, I am going nuts." She said as she cautiously walked in circles.
Chassie…remember the endless nights we held each other tightly.
She looked up in surprise, "Throttle?"
I need you Chassie…help me my love.
She inched her way to the door, fear gripped her soul, "But…Stoker said you’re dead. Wait a minute here…when do I start talking to voices in my head?"
I need your help…free me my love…I need you.
Chassie touched the knob on the door, her hands were shaking has she took hold of the metal handle, "If he’s hurt, I have to save him."
(Typical girl thing to do. My god she’s stupid! Gee, I wonder what happens in the movie will happen to her. Of course it will! I’m writing this fucken story!)
Chassie opened the door slowly and peered out. The street was bare, only the wind made a sound as it found little crevices to holler in. She opened the door all the way and stepped out into the cold night.
Chassie…I’m here…in the alley…help me my love…I’m so cold.
She gripped the blaster tight, "I can take care of this, I’m a big girl now, I can kill a couple of…who am I kidding? I’m just a doctor! Not a freedom fighter like Vince or Modo! I can’t even shoot my way out of a paper bag!"
She turned to run inside the garage, but the door was closed…and someone was leaning against it. She pulled her blaster up and pointed the barrel at him.
"Chassie…you wouldn’t hurt me—would you?"
Her jaw dropped, "Thro…Throttle?"
He stepped into the street light with his hands in the air, his soft face starred at her and called to her heart. His eyes showed innocently to her, as he crept slowly towards her.
"You wouldn’t hurt me, would you my love?" He asked.
She took another step back, "You’re a vampire now, you’re dead to me." She said with a little fear in her voice.
"But sweetheart, I’m standing here, begging you to take me in your arms," His eyes began to glow.
She felt weak as she starred into his eyes; unable to break the stare she still held the gun up.
He smiled as he began to sing,
"Every breath you take,
Every move you make,
Every bond you break,
Every step you take,
I’ll be watching you,
Every single day,
Every word you say,
Every game you play
Every night you say,
I’ll be watching you
The tip of the gun lowered as her eyes continued to look into his. He was standing just in front of her now.
Oh can’t you see?
You belong to me,
How my poor heart aches,
With every step you take.
Every move you make,
Every vow you break,
Every smile you fake,
Every claim you stake,
I’ll be watching you,
The gun drops to the grown has he embraced her, she hold him tightly as he continued to sing,
Since you’ve been gone, I been lost without a trace
I dream at night, I can only see your face
I look around but it’s you I can’t replace
I feel so cold and I long for your embrace
I keep crying baby, baby please,
Every breath you take,
Every move you make,
Every bond you break,
Every step you take,
I’ll be watching you.
He lifted her in his arms and smiled, she was fast asleep. He looked deeply at her sweet face and drank in her innocent scent.
"You don’t know how many nights I’ve waited and prayed to have you back in my arms, my love. Now, we have eternity."
"Wow, Did you guys see me blow that Fucker’s head right off his shoulders?" Vinnie boasted as he and his small band entered the garage.
Charley grinned as she watched the sun slowly made its way from the other side of the earth.
"It’s going to be a beautiful day." She mumbled.
"I hope Chassie and Hershey enjoy the little gift we got them." Stoker said with glee.
Modo grabbed the vampire, that was hog-tied with a gag on his mouth, from the back of the Hummer.
"Ah sure hope they don’t mind that we bruised him a little." He said.
Vinnie ran to his side, "We couldn’t help ourselves!"
Modo raised the vampire in the air, "We came…"
Vinnie raised his fist, "We saw…"
"We whipped some tail!" They both shouted.
"Guys! Guys, you’re too loud, you’ll wake the girls up." Charley said as she pointed to the black bike.
Stoker looked at the clock on the wall, "It’s too early to wake them. We’ll wait until they get their asses out of bed before we grill them."
"I’m hungry." Charley declared.
Stoker raised his nose in the air, "Smells like someone’s burning breakfast."
Charley ran upstairs with the mice right behind her. The kitchen was filled with black smoke, thick enough to make them gag. Charley went to open the window, but found it already open.
"That’s strange I never leave the window open." She whispered.
Vinnie opened the oven door, "Should we have a funeral for the pizza?"
As the smoke cleared, Stoker noticed the mouse passed out at the table.
"Hershey." He called out as he shook her.
She moaned as she opened her eyes, "Is the pizza done?"
"Done? It’s charcoal!" Said Vinnie.
"Oh, your sister was never a good cook." Said Hershey as she felt a sharp pain in her arm.
She moved her hand on the pain and felt a long and thin piece of cold metal. She pulled out the pin like object and starred at it.
"How did that get there?" She asked.
"What’cha got there Hershey?" Modo asked.
"It looks like a dart." She answered.
"You girls were shooting darts before bed?" Stoker chuckled.
"Looks like Chassie missed." Laughed Vinnie.
Hershey looked closely at the tip of the shaft, a clear blue resin had dried at the tip.
"This is a tranquilizer dart!" She realized.
"What?" Asked Stoker.
"Someone hit me with a dart! Last thing I remember was sitting here at the table while Chassie heated the pizza." Hershey explained.
"That’s why the window’s open!" Charley concluded.
"But why would…" The realization came to Vinnie, "Chassie!"
"Hershey, where’s Chassie?" He asked her.
"I don’t know! She was cooking the pizza before I passed out."
Vinnie ran to each room in a frantic search for his sister. Fear and desperation enclosed his mind, as each room was empty. He turned back to his friends.
"Chassie’s bike is still here, she would never burn her food…ok, maybe she would but she’d never just let it burn away!" Said Vinnie.
"Chassie said that a voice was calling to her when we left the Hospital." Hershey volunteered.
"Any guesses who took her?" Stoker sarcastically asked.
"Throttle." Vinnie said with a growl in his voice.
Chassie was awakened with gentle caressing of her hair. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Throttle starring back at her with softness in his eyes and a gentle smile on his face.
"Welcome home, baby." He whispered.
She tried to get up, but found her mind clouded, like she was drugged, just floating on the edge of consciousness.
"What…what’s happened to me?" She slowly asked.
"There’s nothing for you to worry about baby. I’m going to take care of you from now on." He replied.
She looked around the lavishly decorated room. There were blue shear curtains on the neatly boarded up windows. She laid on a four post canopy bed made of ebony colored wood with shear white curtains around the three sides. There were white satin sheets under her and soft white pillows rested her head.
"Where am I?" She asked innocently.
He gently kissed her lips and explored the inside of her mouth with his tong.
"You’re home, baby." Was his reply.
He knelt up and slowly pulled off his black silk robe, exposing his nakedness in the candlelight. He leaned back at her side and began to stroke her hair.
"I love you. I wanted to say that to you for a long time."
Her skipped a beat when she heard him speak those words to her. She longed so long to hear the words from his lips. He traced her lips with his finger and gently took hold of her face as he kissed her again. His hand slowly moved to her bare breasts and gently cradled each one. She tried to pull his hand off her but found she was too weak. He took her hand into his and moved it over her head. His other hand took hold of hers in a loving grip as the other found its way back to her breasts. He gave her a long and passionate kiss as he moved his muscular body towards her, sharing her warmth with him. His lips left her lips and moved to the top of her neck, nipping a little. A small moan left her lips as his little kisses sent her skin on fire. He motioned his knee between her legs and slowly moved them apart. He pulled himself on top her and raised him head to look into her sleepy eyes.
"Just relax Chassie, it’ll only hurt for a minute, then it’ll start to feel really good."
She tried to wiggle out from under him, but his other hand held her in place.
"Please Throttle, don’t hurt me." She pleaded.
"Just relax babe, let me in."
His hips moved up against hers, she could feel his hard manhood press against her purity. He kissed her again, to try to loosen her up, to accept him now, and for eternity. He moved back to her neck and began to suckle gently. His long shaft slowly moved inside of her, stopping just as it hit her virtue.
"Relax Chassie, just relax, and this will all be over in a bit."
He nipped again at her neck as he moved his hips in a quick fashion. A sharp pain filled her as she cried out for him to stop. But he wouldn’t.
"Shhhh, baby, it’s almost over."
He moved his hips as he slowly thrusted him manhood inside of her. With each stroke, he moved a little faster, unable to hold himself from her. She moaned and cried out as the movement became faster and faster. A warm filled her as her body responded to his touch. As he felt his end draw near, he drew his fangs out, ready to strike. He could feel her shake as her warmth grew, in rhythm to his. A wave filled them as their bodies shared the explosion of their union, his teeth sank deep into her neck as the ecstasy released itself. He drank deeply, she closed her eyes and fell into the dark domain of sleep and he retracted his fangs and licked the two tiny punchers. The scarlet liquid stained her white fur, but he stayed there, licking it clean until the bleeding stooped. He slid himself off of her and held the young mouse gently in his arms, a smiled from his lips, a red tear from his eye.
"You’re mine now, and forever."
He moved his hand over her stomach and felt the essence of life forming within. He held her closer, he too fell fastly asleep.
Charley looked out the window and watched the sun go down, she turned to Stoker, "Your little pet should be waking up now."
Stoker looked at the vampire that hung from the ceiling by a long chain.
"I got one question for you, where’s your home base?" He asked.
The vampire hissed at him, "I’ll never tell! You mortal fools will just have to find it yourselves!"
Vinnie stood close to the undead with a gas torch in his hand, "Your vampire mouse took my sister there. I want her back. Is there anyway we could find out from you with out sorting to…horrible torture?"
The vampire spat in his face, this angered Vinnie. He placed the torch just under the vampire’s feet and turned it on full blast. The vampire screamed as his feet burned away like old dried twigs. Vinnie stopped and looked back up at the vampire.
"Are you going to tell us?" He asked.
"NEVER! I WILL DIE FOR MY PEOPLE!"
"Have it your way." Vinnie shouted as he turned the torch to the vampire and set him on fire.
The creature screamed until he was just a pile of ashes. Charley walked over and hugged her love, she could see the pain he was feeling, loosing his sister after only a short time of being reunited with her.
"We’ll find her Vinnie, I promise." She whispered in his ear.
"I know Charley, I just don’t want her to end up like Throttle. I’ll never be able to fight her."
Modo mounted his bike, "Ah say we find a vampire safe house and asked them where it is."
Stoker smiled, "Big guy, I love your thinking. There’s one right in the middle of Shy-town. Gear up boys, and lady."
Hershey ran town and reached them as the troop was getting ready for battle.
"Hey! I found something!" She yelled at them.
"What’cha got?" Stoker asked.
She held up an old book, the pages were yellow and the cover was made of leather.
"I got some good news and some bad news. The good news first—Chassie’s still alive!"
Vinnie looked at her, "What’s the bad news?"
"She’s going to be a blood bride."
Stoker looked at the brown mouse with a quizzical look, "Blood bride? What the hell is a blood bride?"
"A blood bride is a woman who’s body has been conditioned to carry a vampire child. She can produce as many as she can for as long as her vampire husband is living. The ritual calls for a woman of virtue and the turning of her body. I’m not sure how’s it’s done, but you can’t make a Blood bride into a vampire. At least that’s what this old book says." Hershey explained.
"How do you know that Throttle wants her for a bride?" Vinnie asked.
Hershey smiled, "Remember the women you guys found with their stomachs slashed? Well, Chassie and I found semen in their uteruses. The vampires are trying to breed pureblooded vampires, which are much stronger than normal undead ones. The women were failed attempts!"
"But what about Chassie?" Vinnie asked.
"Throttle might have thought that mating with his own kind will succeed where all his other attempts have failed. I don’t believe he’ll kill her."
"Wonderful, like we had enough to worry about. Now, we got living undead vampires. That makes sense." Said Stoker.
"If you guys could find you where Throttle’s keeping her before he turns her into a blood bride, then there’s nothing to stop us from killing those blood-suckers." Said Hershey.
"We bust into a safe house and shoot them up. Modo, grab the silver guns, we’re going hunting." Said Stoker.
A thought came to Hershey, "You guys wouldn’t by any chance could get a hold of Buffy, could you?"
The mice and human looked strangely at her.
"Just a joke, nothing to worry about." She replied.
"There’s no such thing as Buffy." Said Vinnie, "I’ve already tried to reach her."
"But he got the director instead!" Modo laughed.
"Ok, I’m working with morons." Said Hershey.
"It was you that brought her up!" Vinnie shouted.
"It was just a joke."
Chassie opened her eyes and glanced around, Throttle was sleeping away, this was her chance to escape. She slowly lifted his arm off of her and slid out of bed. It was hard for her to keep quiet, her body was extremely sore and she felt sick to her stomach. She felt a little dizzy so she held on to one of the post of the bed. She looked down at herself and found she was wearing a long white silk nightgown. She took small steps towards the door, she had to get to her brother.
"Chassie…"
She turned and saw him awake.
"Chassie, come back to bed, baby. You need your rest."
She felt compelled to obey him, she tried to fight it but couldn’t. She slid back into the bed, he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead.
"What did you do to me?" She asked.
"You belong to me just as I belong to you." He replied.
She moved her hand on her neck to find the marks, but found nothing. A sharp pain from her belly made her cry out. Throttle knelt up and held her as the pain took its course.
"Relax Chassie, it’ll hurt for the next few days until your body is used to it."
She looked into his eyes with fear in hers, "What did you do to me?"
"Chassie, you have to relax. It’s not good for the baby."
Chassie was filled with shock, "What baby?"
"The child we conceived last night. You’re carrying my son inside of you."
Chills ran up her spine, "How…how…but…you’re dead!"
He smiled at her and touched her belly with his hand, "Love lasts beyond death, my love. Our love created this child that grows inside of you."
Everything made sense to her, "The other women, you tried to get them pregnant."
"It didn’t work because there was no love. Now, we will raise our child in the ways of La Magra."
The pain became intense, she screamed at the top of her lungs as the pain took hold of her mind.
"Hold on Chassie, the pain will lessen with each day." Throttle said as he gripped her hand with his.
"MAKE IT STOP!" She screamed.
Throttle looked at the door and shouted, "Get in here!"
A woman walked in dressed like something from the gothic world, handed him a glass goblet filled with a steaming scarlet liquid.
"Fresh, good." Throttle said with a smile as he pulled Chassie up and moved the glass to her lips.
"Drink, it’ll make you feel better." He said.
She smelled the liquid, the sent of rust and warmth of it told her what it was.
"It’s…it’s blood." She whispered.
"I know, you need it for the baby. It will make you strong."
"No…no…"
"Hold this." He said to the vampire as he handed her the glass.
She held the glass in her hand as Throttle dipped his finger in it, causing his fur to soak up the substance. He slipped the finger inside her mouth, hoping it would do the trick. Chassie tried to pull his blood filled finger out, but the blood began to taste as sweet as ambrosia fruit. She began to suck at his finger, he smiled. He slipped his finger out and grabbed the glass from the slave. He replaced it to her mouth and gently poured a little on her lips. She lapped at it slowly, then began to drink from the glass, he smiled at she drank the last drop. He licked the blood from her lips clean and kissed her softly.
"Do you feel better my love?" He asked her.
She looked into his eyes with fear, "You made me into a vampire."
"No sweetheart, you’re not a vampire. I wouldn’t do that to you."
"What am I then?"
"You’re my blood bride."
Vinnie glanced at the nightclub. Creatures live and dead buzzed around the entrance like flies on a dead body.
"I hate this part." He whispered to Stoker, "We’ve been at almost every safe house there is in this stinken City and we still didn’t find Chassie! It’s been four months already! She’s going to end up like Throttle."
"We’ll find your sister Vinnie. If Hershey’s right, we’ll have a lot of time." Said Stoker.
"Is Charley and Modo in position?" He asked.
"Yep, a stool pigeon told Charley that there’s been a mouse sighting here."
"Throttle’s layer."
Vinnie slipped out his wallet and starred at the childhood picture inside. He had been sixteen when his father took the picture, Chassie had just turned fourteen and they were celebrating her chance to drive. He smiled as he starred at the photo, she was so happy, filled with hopes and dreams, the stuff life is made of.
"Hey Vinnie, look who just walked out the door." Stoker said as Vinnie came out of his trance.
Vinnie looked across the street, there standing in front of the club lighting his cigarette was Throttle. He turned to the bounced and patted him on the back. The bouncer laughed as a delivery-boy came to the front door. Throttle stopped him and opened the large box the young boy was carrying. He lifted a banana up and laughed, saying something to the bouncer. The bouncer replied and Throttle threw the fruit back in the box, allowing the boy inside the club.
"What the hell you think that was about?" Stoker asked.
"I don’t know, but we’ll wait until he leaves before we bust in." Said Vinnie.
The two watched their former friend whistled his bike pulled up in front of him. He mounted the Martian machine and drove away.
"We’ll make our move." Said Stoker, "Radio Charley and let them know we’re going in."
The club was filled with patrons, humans and vampires alike. Some were busy drinking, some were feasting, others were making business deals while others picked on the weak ones. Without warning, the doors exploded sending debry and glass in every direction. Some people screamed as others grabbed their guns.
Out of the smoke appeared the four most feared entered the room with their weapons drawn.
"Let’s take out the trash!" Stoker yelled as he pointed his automatic riffle filled with silver bullets at a group of vampires and began to shoot.
Charley leaped behind an overturned table for defense as one bloodsucker sent a spray of bullets towards her. She returned the fire and caught the vamp right in the middle of the forehead. He fell down dead, she smiled as she chose another prey.
Modo sent his laser blaster firing at anything that moved, vampires lost their heads as the beams burned through their necks.
Vinnie pulled out his specialty riffle, filled with oak stakes, shot at all fanged ones around, turning them into piles of ashes where they stood.
After a few minutes, there was nothing but ashes and bodies laying around the four.
"Just another day in paradise." Stoker commented as Vinnie pulled the bartender from behind the bar. He turned the human around and looked at the back of his neck. He starred at the Martian insignia and made a low growl.
"Where’s the mouse?" He asked the human.
The young man was terrified, "He…he just left!"
"No, the female mouse asshole!" Vinnie shouted as he banged the man’s head on the bar.
"She’s upstairs!"
"Are there any guards?"
"No, please let me go!" the man begged.
Vinnie slammed his head down again, knocking him out, then turned to his friends.
"Let’s get her out of here before that walking corps comes back."
Vinnie starred at the large door and tried to open it, but found it was locked. He turned to Modo.
"Big guy, if you would?" He asked.
"It would be mah pleasure." Modo said as he grabbed the door and ripped it off the hinges.
The four entered the room and looked around.
"She’s on the bed, Vinnie." Charley said as she and Vinnie walked to the bed.
Sleeping silently was in fact his sister. He smiled as he gently picked her up in his arms and carried her out.
"Is she ok?" Stoker asked as he checked her neck for mark, "She wasn’t bit."
"She feels a little heavy." Vinnie commented as he carried her down the stairs and out the front door to the hummer. Stoker opened the door and Vinnie laid her on the back seat.
"Charley, ride my bike fore me, babe. I’m going to ride with Stoker home." Vinnie said.
He starred at his sister as Stoker turned the engine and drove towards the outskirts of town.
He looked at her stomach, "Wow, sis, what have they been feeding you?"
"What? She’s gained weight?" Stoker asked from the front.
"Yeah, she’s big around the mid section."
Vinnie her a growl from Stoker, "What?"
A feeling of dread filled the two as they realized what had happen to their youngest member.
Hershey ran downstairs as she heard the vehicles enter the garage, she ggrinned ear to ear as she saw Vinnie walk out of the hummer with Chassie in her arms.
"Is she alright?" She asked as she reached his side.
"We got a problem Hershey, Throttle got to her." Said Vinnie.
"Dam it!" Modo cried out as he punched the wall with his metal fist.
"Bring her upstairs Vinnie, into my room. She’ll stay there until I finish translating that book that may tell us how to revert it." Said Hershey as she went with Vinnie upstairs.
Stoker turned to Modo and Charley, "We better beef up securety here. Throttle will try to get her back."
Modo and Charley nodded.
"Is there anything you can do for her now?" Vinnie asked as Hershey began exam her friend.
"Not right now, I have to study it before I can come to a conclusion." She answered.
Chassie began to move and moan as she opened her eyes, "Vinnie?" She whispered.
"Hey there, Chass. How are you feeling?" He asked.
"Where am I?"
"You’re at the garage, sweetheart." Hershey replied as she hid a wooden stake up the sleeve of her arm—just in case.
"You…you can’t…you shouldn’t…he’ll be after you…" Chassie tried to say.
"Chassie, babe, don’t worry about him, there’s nothing he can do! A vampire can’t just walk in a house when he’s not invited. You’ll be safe here." Vinnie tried to erasure her.
"You…you don’t…understand…I…I need him."
"What?" Vinnie said with a little shock, he turned to Hershey, "What’s going on?"
Hershey rubbed her head, "Just as I thought, the ritual was done Vinnie. She belongs to him now, and the undead world."
"Over my dead body!" Vinnie said as he returned to his sister’s side, "Chassie, we’ll break this spell, I’ll free you."
Chassie fell back asleep, Vinnie sat in the chair and laid his head on the bed beside his sister.
"There has to be a way." He whispered.
Hershey began to rub his back, "I do have a cure for human vampires, but I keep coming up short with Throttle. Vinnie, you have to capture him."
Vinnie’s eyes widened as soon as she said that, "You want us to capture him? Alive? ARE YOU NUTS?"
"No, I’m not. Tomorrow night, I want you guys to hunt him down before he does the same to us. "
"I won’t leave her side Hershey, I need to protect her."
Throttle stepped around his bar, the damage was immense. He noticed the human at the bar began to wake, so he walked up to the human and grabbed him by his neck.
"Let me guess, some uninvited guests showed up and busted my bar, right?"
"Yes…yes sir."
"And they took my wife, didn’t they?"
"I…I had no choice sir, he was going to kill me!"
"Stupid mortal," Throttle said as he snapped the mans head and threw the body to the ground, "You’re already dead."
He walked out side and saw the red horizon, "I can’t do it tonight, but tomorrow night, I’ll be sleeping on their corpses!"
"Are you sure you two will be alright while we’re hunting Throttle?" Stoker asked to Vinnie and Charley.
"There’s nothing to worry about, old man. We have enough fire power here to stop an army of undead." Vinnie replied.
"I left some garlic gas on the kitchen table just in case." Hershey said as she threw her bag into the hummer, "Now remember, Chassie might have the urge to…eat. Give her some raw stakes or something."
"Raw stakes?" Charley asked.
"She’s carrying a vampire’s child. What do you think that kid eats?"
"Just get out there and catch this guy." Vinnie said as Modo mounted his bike and Stoker with Hershey hopped into the hummer.
"You kids take care. I don’t want you to do anything heroic, got it?" Stoker yelled.
"Me? I wouldn’t do such a thing." Vinnie said with a smirk.
"Especially you Van Wham!"
The truck rolled out of the garage with Modo behind as the sun was almost out of sight. Charley turned to her love as the doors closed.
"Chassie’s sleeping, no one’s here, wanna do something fun?" She asked.
"What do you have in mind babe?"
A wicked smile crept on her face, "It’s been awhile since we were…alone together."
"Oh, you want that? I knew you couldn’t keep yourself from the ol’Vin-man!"
"Shut up and sleep with me."
Chassie rolled around on the bed, she heard the call, he was close. She raised herself from the bed and looked around, the room was empty. She slowly got off the bed as she held her full belly and walked up to the window. She pushed the curtains aside and starred out into the night, nothing was moving.
"He’s here, I can feel him." She whispered.
She felt the child move inside of her, it was also restless as she.
"You can feel him too, he’s here. Part of me wants to warn Vince, but another part of me wants him to come. I can’t let him hurt my brother, I won’t."
Vinnie held Charley on the cement floor, "Give up?"
She smiled as she flipped him off, "Not on your life."
Vinnie got up and pulled his pants up, "Now Charley, we have to keep our clothes on just in case something happens. What if Chassie came down and saw us doing it?"
"Who cares? I’m sure she’s seen it a dozen times."
Suddenly, the front door busted open.
"I’M HOME!" The two heard the familiar voice call to them.
"SHIT!" Charley cried out as she tried to reach her gun, but the vampire was too fast.
With a punch, Throttle knocked her out and turned to Vinnie.
"You bastered! You’re messing with the baddest mamajam!" Vinnie yelled.
Throttle laughed, "Like you can do anything to me Vincent. I trained you, remember? I know your every move."
Vinnie drew out his gun and shot at him, but Throttle ducked, rolled behind Chassie’s bike.
"Stay Black!" He commanded the bike.
"Black! Move out of the way!" Vinnie yelled at the bike, but it would not.
Throttle pulled out his own gun and laughed, "You can’t do anything Vincent, I control Chassie now, she’ll do what ever I tell her to do, as will her bike!"
"You son of a bitch! You were my best friend! How could you do this to us?"
Throttle jumped up and blasted his gun at Vinnie, "Cause I can!"
Vinnie rolled out of the way and got up to duck behind his bike.
"Vincent." Throttle taunted him, "Come out and play!"
Vinnie reloaded, "Anytime you’re ready sweetheart!"
The two jumped up and began to fire at each other, they both rolled out of the way, but Throttle was quicker. He landed beside the young mouse and kicked him in the ribs. Vinnie screamed out in pain as Throttle grabbed him by his hair and slammed him into the brick wall. Vinnie fell to the ground as Throttle began to kick him in the ribs.
"Poor little Vinnie, always thinking that nothing can harm you—the steel mouse you called yourself. You’re not so tough now, are ya?" Throttle haunted him.
"Just…let me…up, and…I’ll show you…a steel mouse…" Vinnie replied.
Grabbing one arm, Throttle twisted it slowly, and listened to his former companion’s cries. A snap was heard as the bone broke and the vampire let go. He held Vinnie with his arm around the white mouse’s neck.
"Give up?" Throttle asked him.
"You’ll have to kill me first." Vinnie whispered.
"That’s not a problem, babe." Throttle laughed as he placed his other hand on Vinnie’s head.
"Do it and I’ll fill you full of silver, bloodsucker!" Charley yelled as she held her gun to him.
Throttle turned to her, with Vinnie still in the hold. She was standing four feet away from them with a pistol in each hand.
Throttle smiled, "Well now, Charley-girl. I see I didn’t punch you hard enough. I’ll take care of you after I finish with my pal here."
Charley cocked the guns, "Let him go or I’ll shoot."
A smile crept up his undead face, "See, what we have here is a stale mate. I don’t want to be filled with silver and you don’t want Vincent here to die. Here’s the question Sweetheart; can you shoot me before I snap his neck? Wanna try, babe?"
"If you don’t let him go, I will shoot!" She replied.
"But you might hit your precious main-man here. Come on Charley-girl, I dare you to shoot me. Who knows you just might do what I want you to do!" He taunted her.
He tightened his grip on Vinnie’s neck, "Here we…"
"Please stop!"
Throttle and Charley looked up at the top of the stairs, Chassie was standing there with tears in her eyes as she wrapped her housecoat tighter around her swollen belly.
She grabbed the railing as she slowly made her way to the cement ground.
"Please Throttle, please don’t kill my brother." She pleaded to him.
"Sorry baby, I have to kill them all now or they’ll never leave us alone." He replied.
Chassie held her large belly and walked up to him, "Please Throttle, let them go. I’ll come with you without a fight. Just let them got, please."
Throttle smiled at her, "You have no choice but to come with me, it’s in your soul to obey me."
She stood in front of him, "You said you love me, then prove it. Let my brother go. Please."
Throttle starred into her beautiful blue eyes, "I can’t baby."
Chassie turned to Charley, "Put your guns down, please, for Vince’s sake."
"I’m not putting them down until he lets him go!" Charley shouted.
She turned back to the vampire and leaned up to his ear, "Please let him go, Charley won’t shoot at you if I’m in front. She won’t dare risk hitting me. Please, just let him go. Please. He’s my brother, he was your best friend at one time, you two were blood brothers, you loved him more than a friend once…as a brother. Will you forget all the times that he never turned his back on you and went with any crazy idea you could come up with without question? He followed you faithfully, he loved you, he still does. Please, let them go."
Throttle looked at her with love in his eyes, "Alright. I’ll let them go—for now. But if they ever get between us again, I will kill them!"
"Thank you." She whispered.
Throttle threw Vinnie across the room, Charley ran to his side and pulled the gun back up to Throttle, but he and Chassie where gone.
"Fuck! He’s gone!" She cried out.
"Charley, don’t worry. I’ll hunt that bastered until the ends of the earth! I will save my sister from that bloodsucker! An when I get him, I’m going to enjoy watching the sun burn him like a dry twig!" Vinnie declared.
"But Vinnie, we have to capture him…"
"Fuck it! The Throttle we knew and love is dead. That is just another bloodsucker, waiting for me to stick a stake through his heart! That vampire is nothing but another target. There’s nothing let of our Throttle to save. All vampires must die, including Throttle!"
Charley looked at her beloved as she touched his arm, "Vinnie, please think about it before you go out and kill him. We have your sister to save."
To be continued…
Well, screaming yet? Come one, tell what you think?
To tell you the truth, I loved it!
Hun?
The emotions, the lust, the fighting, well, there wasn’t that much fighting, but what was there was really good!
WHAT? YOU LOVED IT? IT WAS SAPOSED TO MAKE YOU SCREAM! HOW CAN I TORTURE YOU WITH THIS STORY IF YOU LOVED IT!
I did love it.
But…but I made you into a victim! A stupid typical movie girl! I turned your beloved Throttle into a bloodthirsty vampire! The ultimate bad guy! Why don’t you hate it!
I’m surprised that there wasn’t that much blood. I thought there would be more blood than that. You’re loosing it. I can’t wait for part two.
I don’t know if I want to write anymore.
Fine, I’ll finish it.
No! No, I’ll finish what I started.
You know, you should be writing my stories and I should be writing yours.
You know, you’re right. You put more deaths in yours.
What’s a story about an assassin if there isn’t any deaths?
You do have a point.
